One system, two delivery models

Easyfast is one complete system; we do not split features into tiers. You only choose how it is delivered: hosted by us on an annual basis, or licensed and deployed on your own server.

Faster to launch Hosted by Us

The system runs on our server and we set up one business website for you — one website per company. For teams that do not want to operate servers.

  • The full system, no feature removed
  • Business website, content management and blog
  • AI content production with SEO / GEO
  • Prospect discovery, scoring and follow-up
  • Forms, inquiries and analytics
  • Server, database, backups and upgrades handled by us
  • Domain and HTTPS certificate setup
  • Weekday remote support

What shapes the final quote

  • Both models run the same software. They differ only in server ownership, source code delivery and who handles deployment and operations.
  • For self-hosted deployments you provide the server, domain, certificate and runtime; we perform the first deployment and configuration.
  • You may connect your own AI model accounts. Third-party model, data source, email and SMS fees are borne by the customer.
  • Quotes depend on the number of sites and languages, the deployment environment and the implementation scope.
  • All features and email sending must comply with applicable privacy, anti-spam and data protection regulations.

Compared with what

How this differs from a web agency, an SEO vendor or an AI writer

The difference is in scope: what the system owns inside your website, and where it deliberately stops.

vs a web agency

Work on content, search and customer acquisition continues after the website is delivered, instead of a handover and an end.

vs SEO services

Topic systems, keyword ownership and internal links stay inside your website instead of in an external report.

vs AI writing tools

Generation is grounded in your knowledge base, product facts and topic planning rather than producing text alone.

vs single-purpose lead tools

Prospect discovery is connected to site content, search opportunities and follow-up as one flow.

  • We do not claim: fully replacing your team, publishing without review, or mass-sending outreach automatically.
  • We do not promise: guaranteed rankings, guaranteed inquiries or guaranteed AI recommendations.
  • What we do: surface opportunities earlier, keep content production going, and leave execution in your hands.
FAQ

What companies usually ask first

Straight answers on how this differs from a web agency or a traditional CMS, how far the automation actually goes, and what to expect from rankings and inquiries.

Nothing basic is missing: a multilingual business website, content and product library, media library, forms, traffic analytics and cookie compliance. The difference is what happens after delivery — a web agency hands the website over and stops, while content production, search optimisation, AI search visibility, lead discovery and inquiry follow-up keep running here, so you do not have to hire an editor, an SEO person and an operator. A traditional CMS manages pages; Easyfast keeps the site acquiring customers.
Yes — that is exactly the situation the system is built for. We handle deployment and the runtime environment, backend access stays with your company, and AI carries most of the day-to-day execution: content updates, search tasks and follow-up reminders. You only need one person left to check the facts and give the final confirmation.
Execution is automated: keyword mining and content gap analysis, topic clusters and internal linking suggestions, article drafts and multilingual versions, technical SEO audits, rank tracking, social distribution, lead screening and inquiry alerts. Judgement stays with people: what goes public, prices and commitments, brand wording, and sending outreach for real.
Not beyond its limits. The execution level is set by operation risk, company permissions and approval rules: low-risk, reversible actions can run automatically, high-risk steps require human review or explicit confirmation, and every step is logged and traceable.
No. We make no promise on rankings or inquiry volume — doing so would break our own boundaries. What we own is making the search work solid: keyword opportunities, topic structure, internal links and content gaps, with data you can trace after every change. Based on feedback from current customers, sites start showing up in Google and Bing shortly after launch and begin receiving inquiries; how fast that happens depends on how competitive the industry is and what the existing site already has.
That is the job of GEO, generative engine optimisation: structuring your company and product data, building the fact pages worth citing, and keeping names and claims consistent so AI engines can read and reference your business. Being cited is something we keep working to earn — it is not a guarantee either.
Yes. The system is designed for multilingual business websites, with the language set and the default language configured in the backend. It also runs multiple business websites, with content and data kept separate per site, which suits companies working across several languages, brands or product lines.
Yes. The usual path is to structure your company and product information first, build the content topic and search system, then decide whether to evolve the current site or rebuild it, based on its technical and search state. Existing content and the traffic assets already earned get assessed site by site for migration.
